"The Akron Zoo has been pleased with the products and customer service
KMIT has provided. We purchased several modules and found the transition to
the food, gift and admissions modules to be very easy and efficient. The
transition did not impact our visitors, which was vitally important to us. There
have been a few challenges with the membership and events modules, but
KMIT's customer service has been top notch in helping us work through those
challenges. They have stood by their products and made sure we are
thoroughly satisfied and everything is operating properly, that's the most you
can ask for from any company."

"In August of 2009, the John Ball Zoo Society rolled out a new POS /
IMS solution. Although the implementation had been researched and planned
the actual timing was accelerated due to a catastrophic failure of the existing
solution. A major migration in the middle of the 'busy' season was not part of
the plan. The new system from KMIT Solutions had been chosen at the end of
2008. After reviewing other systems KMIT Solutions-KMWare was chose for
two reasons. The first being the intelligent design and ease of use. Our parttime
staff were trained and using the new software in a matter of hours. The
second reason was the integration of the modules that cover all aspects of our
business. Our goal was to find one solution that could manage everything from
food and gifts to ticketing thus greatly simplifying IT management as well as
staff training. Although we currently have adopted only the POS solution, we
are in the process of creating a plan to roll out all of the remaining modules
over the next 4 – 5 years. Thanks to the team at KMWare we were able to
configure, train, and rollout our new system during peak season with minimal
time and effort. This occurred while limping along with our previous solution
and was accomplished with very little disruption in the day to day sales of our
operation. We look forward to working with KMWare as we continue to improve
our infrastructure to better serve our visitors and meet their needs in an efficient
and effective manner."

"Utah's Hogle Zoo has been a long time client of K&M International and when KMIT
Solutions developed a Retail Software Solution, Utah's Hogle Zoo was eager to
be a part of it. Implementing their Point of Sale and Back Office Solution was a
huge step up from our current software system. The system improved the
efficiency of our back office operation as well as provided a more accurate point
of sale. The round up feature was the most exciting and we have raised a large
amount of money for our conservation and development departments at the
Zoo. Throughout the three years we used RBO, and later KMWARE, their
support team has been knowledgeable and dependable. The team has always
been willing to adapt their system to our needs and they quickly repair any
issues. They are easily contacted and have worked with me directly on our
requests. I have enjoyed working with KMIT and would recommend their
software system."
Hillary McClellan, Retail Manger/Buyer Utah's Hogle Zoo.
KMIT Solutions has proven to be a solid business partner for our point-of-sale implementations.
Their product, KMWare, has been an excellent fit for our unique properties.
Their integrated software modules have allowed us to streamline our processes and create better efficiencies throughout
the enterprise. The KMIT team has been excellent to work with, and unlike other vendors, has become an extension of our
team in support of the product.
Christopher Wolfla, CIO, PARC Management.
You are providing a great product. We are excited to use it and the UA Administration is happy with the information provided on the back end. It really is a great asset to the smaller museums like us and then those even smaller than us within the UA system are being encourage to adopt the same software and supporting procedures that KMIT has helped us develop.
Thank you!
